Your 30-day return window
If your EILECHT purchase is not right for you, request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. This voluntary return period does not reduce any mandatory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
Start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. Tell us if an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged so we can offer the appropriate remedy. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address; do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address shown on packaging.
Packing yoga and fitness accessories
Return accessories clean and dry, with any included straps, cases or attachments. For change-of-mind returns, keep items in their original condition with supplied accessories. Reasonable inspection is permitted. Original packaging is helpful, but its absence alone does not remove statutory rights.
Return postage
Any customer-paid return costs must be disclosed before purchase and permitted by applicable law. Please contact us for the instructions applicable to your order before booking return postage. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are handled under applicable consumer protections; we do not impose a blanket buyer-paid charge for those cases.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect seams, fastening points and surfaces before exercise. Confirm size and intended use before beginning a workout. Contact us to discuss the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be repair, replacement or refund. Claims for faulty goods are not limited to the 30-day change-of-mind period.
Refund process
We will confirm the return outcome and refund details in writing. Refunds are issued without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines, normally to the original payment method. Any lawful deduction will be explained. Original delivery costs are refunded where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Cancellations and exchanges
Contact us promptly to request cancellation or a change. Once dispatched, the return process may apply. Exchanges depend on availability; an eligible item may instead be returned for a refund. This does not limit a statutory right to withdraw.
Consumer protections
Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting policy wording. No special product exclusion applies unless it was disclosed before purchase and is lawful.
